Twila Paris - Greatest Hits

I have been a long-time fan of Twila Paris’ music.  I mean, she is such a prolific writer and most of her songs are sung in churches today so she’s had a far-reaching impact not only in selling CD’s but also having hundreds of thousands of people sing her songs each week.  Songs like “Joy Of The Lord”, “How Beautiful”, “Lamb Of God”, “We Bow Down”, and the list goes on.  Twila has won a lot of Dove Awards for female vocalist of the year over the years but her heart is writing songs for the church.  Like Michelle Tumes, Twila has a very unique voice that is angelic and pure that makes her music very unique.  One of my favorite albums of hers is “Sanctuary” – check it out on iTunes.  It was recorded a while back but holds up very well…almost like a Celtic Women or Enya album except with all Praise & Worship songs! - Bryan

Audio Adrenaline - Greatest Hits

Need I say more?  Probably not, but I will anyway.  In their 15 years together, Audio Adrenaline had 18 #1 radio hits!  With catchy lyrics, up-beat tunes, and lots of energy, Audio A has left their mark in Christian music.  They've also left their mark in Haiti when they started the Hands & Feet Project in 2004.  The Hands & Feet Project cares for orphans in a children's village in Jacmel, Haiti.  You can learn more at handsandfeetproject.org. - Mandy

Michelle Tumes - Greatest Hits

Michelle Tumes has one of the most unique sounds in Christian music.  An ‘aussie’, some have compared her to Enya, Sarah Brightman, Celtic Women, and other celtic or ambient-type of artists.  When she first came onto the scene in 1997, I can remember stopping in my tracks thinking there is NOTHING like this and she sounds amazing!  If you like tranquil, chill out, or ambient type of music that is relaxing, then Michelle Tumes is for you.  Key songs are “Listen”, “Healing Waters”, “Heaven Will Be Near Me”.  Interestingly, she also has a ‘pop’ side of her music as well – Jump5 recorded and had a pop hit with Michelle’s song ‘Do Ya’.  – Bryan

Carman - Greatest Hits

One thing’s for sure about the music of Carman – you can’t ignore his passion for God.  Carman is one of the most unique artists in Christian music.  He was an early adapter (and pioneer) of the music video as a medium to get his message across.  His concerts were electrifying and included massive staging elements, props, sets, etc. and they were always free admission – he even played to capacity crowds at Texas Stadium!  His unique approach in bringing a theatrical element to his music and concerts challenged and changed the hearts of millions who encountered his message.  Carman also later got involved with making full-length feature films like “The Champion”.  There has and probably never will be another artist like Carman. - Bryan

dcTalk - Greatest Hits

Every Christian music fan needs to have dcTalk in their collection!  dcTalk was one of the first groups I ever saw in concert.  I wasn't planning to go the show, but at the last minute a friend gave me an extra ticket.  When I left that night, I was a fan for life!  With songs like "Jesus Freak," "In The Light," "Luv is a Verb," and "Supernatural." dcTalk's latest Greatest Hits compilation is a great introduction to the group and songs that paved the way for many of today's Christian rock acts. - Mandy
